Brenda is a Partner in our London office and the joint head of our Employment Law Group. Having qualified in 2010, Brenda has gained a wide range of experience from acting for both employers and employees across various industries, with a particular interest in the hospitality, media, entertainment and transport sectors. Brenda is an experienced Employment Tribunal litigator and has dealt with claims spanning all areas of employment law including;

Brenda has also assisted clients in injunctive proceedings in the High Court for breach of restrictive covenants and confidential information clauses. Brenda regularly advises clients with their day-to-day employment advice including advice on redundancy, disciplinary and grievances, performance management processes and sickness absence and has been praised by clients for her down to earth approach.
