Ingrid is a Partner in our Glasgow office and heads up our employment practice in Scotland. Ingrid qualified in 2007 and has over 13 years’ experience in the legal field and specialises solely in employment law.
Ingrid has extensive experience in managing employment tribunal claims and conducts her own advocacy at the employment tribunal. She has represented clients in defending a broad ranger of tribunal claims, spanning from unfair dismissal, whistle-blowing, discrimination (sex, pregnancy, disability, race and age), redundancy, breach of contract, unlawful deductions and TUPE.
Ingrid works closely with clients to assist with non-contentious aspects of employment law ranging from;
- disciplinary and grievances,
- performance management,
- changes to terms,
- conditions of employment,
Ingrid’s specialist sectors include, but are not limited to; transport, energy, logistics and retail and leisure sectors.
