Kathleen assists employees and employers with finding pragmatic solutions to employment law issues. She advises on a wide range of matters, including disciplinary and grievances, dismissals, long-term sickness absence, TUPE-related queries, and updating contracts and handbooks. She also delivers training to clients, ensuring they are kept updated on key developments in employment law.
Kathleen trained at a London law firm and qualified in 2012. Following a stint in-house at an outsourced services company, she joined LexLeyton in 2017.
Prior to training as a solicitor, Kathleen spent a number of years working in publishing. The commercial insight gained from her unique background has proven useful when advising clients on resolving their employment law problems.
Kathleen is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association and sits on the editorial board of its monthly journal, ELA Briefing.
